Service Status
System Status
This page shows the status of Tangia-controlled infrastructure: overlay CDN, alert queue processor, EventSub relay, and dashboard. It does not reflect Twitch or Kick platform status — if Twitch EventSub is down, the relay row will show degraded even when our systems are healthy.

Having issues during a live stream?
If Tangia overlays aren't showing during your stream, the fastest path is our Discord — the team monitors it during peak stream hours (6pm–2am PT).
About dependency on Twitch and Kick infrastructure
Tangia's alert queue, channel point relay, and EventSub integration depend on Twitch and Kick's own API availability. When Twitch EventSub has a regional outage, Tangia's relay will show degraded status even when Tangia's own systems are fully operational — because we have no control over upstream platform APIs. Overlay CDN and Dashboard are independent of Twitch/Kick and will stay green during platform-side incidents.
Past incidents
Alert delivery latency spiked to 8–14s (normal: <2s) for ~12 minutes. Root cause: Twitch EventSub had a regional outage affecting their us-east-1 zone. Tangia's queue retained events; they flushed in order once Twitch connectivity restored. No events were dropped.
Dashboard login returned 502 errors for 27 minutes during a deploy rollout. Overlay CDN and alert queue were unaffected — streams already running stayed live. Login restored after rollback. Post-mortem: deploy health check threshold was too aggressive; threshold adjusted.
