You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Tangia is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Tangia and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in our platform, software, and content. These Terms do not grant you any license to use Tangia's trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials beyond what's necessary to use the services.
You retain ownership of content you create using Tangia. By using our services, you grant Tangia a limited license to display and process your content as needed to provide the platform's features.
Tangia integrates with third-party streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and others). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. Tangia is not responsible for any changes those platforms make that affect our integration functionality.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect access. We'll do our best to communicate planned outages in advance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tangia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims will not exceed the amounts you paid to Tangia in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Tangia if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to our platform, users, or reputation. You may stop using our services at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tangia after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
